Lost Equipment Policy And Reservations/Deposits

(Trips and times are flexible based on demand and daily flow)
*paddles, life jackets and river trash bags will be provided
$100 unscheduled pick-up fee*
$100 Late charge* (Must return before 7:30pm)
Lost Equipment Policy - Lost paddles,jackets; $20.00. Lost kayak paddles; $55.00. The cost of damages to canoes, kayaks or rafts depends on the circumstances along with repair/replacement cost.
Reservations are not required; please note that on busy weekends and holidays, we cannot guarantee equipment availability without a reservation and deposit.
To secure your float
A $100 deposit is required for any float with a total cost under $200.
A 50% deposit is required for any float with a total cost over $200.
ALL DAM 3 Floats on weekends must have a reservation and deposit. (1 early trip a day)
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Making a reservation with a deposit ensures your equipment is ready and waiting for you—especially during peak times.
